Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Kosh app on any platform. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Kosh.

Your license to use Kosh is personal and non-transferable. Your training data belongs to you. Training plans provide guidance, not medical advice.

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Kosh on devices you own or control, for your own training. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the app except where the law expressly permits it.

Kosh builds and adapts running plans from the information you and your connected services provide. It is a coaching tool, not a medical device, and nothing in the app is medical advice. Consult a physician before starting or changing a training program, and stop training and seek medical attention if you feel pain, dizziness, or anything else that worries you. You are responsible for training within your own limits.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in method secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion removes your account and associated data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Kosh has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. We remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, harass other runners, or abuse the service, and we act on reports within 24 hours. You can report or block any user from their profile, the friends feed, or Training Partners.

Your training data belongs to you. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and process it to run the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. The app, its design, and its content belong to us and our licensors.

Kosh is under active development. Features may change, be added, or be removed, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We may update these terms; if a change is material we will note it in the app or on this page, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

Kosh is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim (or fifty US dollars if you paid nothing). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.
